Fire Rated Lockable Noticeboard

The noticeboard core and bonded textile are fire retardant as a composite, meeting Class 0 when assessed to BS 476 Parts 6 & 7, and comply with Class B-s1, d0 when tested to BS-EN13501-1: 2002 as recommended for use in corridors, escape routes and large unsupervised areas in public buildings and institutions.

These tamperproof lockable noticeboards are ideal for displaying information in public areas where a degree of security is required. The clear plastic doors are tested separately for fire resistance and conform to Class 1Y when assessed to BS 476 Part 7.

Please note that due to the fire retardant components and materials used, these boards are heavier and denser than standard noticeboards.

• Locking clear doors, tested separately for fire resistance.
• Satin silver anodised aluminium frame.
• Rounded safety corners and concealed corner fixings.
• Internal clearance between door and board is 20mm.
• The frame width is 25mm, so to find the display area reduce the external measurement by 50mm. e.g Size 900 x 600mm - visible area is 850 x 550mm
• Suitable for pins and staples.
• Wall fixings included.
